ABOUT YOUR VISIT

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out paperwork. Please wear comfortable clothing as you will be stretching and exercising during your rehab session. Your PT session will be about 60 minutes.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please kindly give us a 24-hour notice by calling (808) 235-6818.

Insurance

We accept most types of insurance and will work with your insurance carrier to ensure you get the coverage you need.

Payment

You may have a deductible and/or co-payment depending on your insurance plan. We accept most major credit cards for your convenience.
