I first met Shaun before he started his own practice - I had such a positive experience that when I needed PT for a different issue I requested him again and learned that he opened his own office.  He and his staff are competent and professional.  They listen to my feedback and adjust accordingly, and have a goal in mind for my recovery.  I've been treated by Shaun and his staff for 3 different issues and have always been very pleased with my results.  He is patient in explaining things (I ask a lot of questions) in a way that I can understand.  But more than on a professional level, on the "people" side, he is warm, kind, friendly, and a good conversationalist, and I have always felt comfortable and confident under his care.
